I didn’t like the receiption that the employees gave me. The owner of the hostel is antiética and rude! The hostel looks way better on the pic of google than it really is!

I liked a lot the location of the hostel. Staff was kind and the environment was fun and with good vibes.

They should know more about daily tours in Rio and surroundings so you can book them from the hostel.

Come to have the time of your life

The staff is really amazing, very helpful, the bedrooms were cleaning, the breakfast had a lot of options, the parties were very nice either. Also, there are two gorgeous cats here!!!

The shared refrigerator was loaded so you couldn't bring a lot of food. One night all the dishes were gone and no one could say where it was

We were told there would be a jazz night. However the music really wasn't Jazz. This made us feel very uncomfortable that night.

Farther than expected to main attractions and traveling by boat everytime to get to the hostel was a hassle.

Great place to escape from Rio's craziness!

One of the nicest hostels I have been to! Located on a small island with beautiful tropical nature but only one minute away by boat from the road. The incredible location is complemented with retro decor, a good size swimming pool (good for laps) and a cultural program over the weekends to offer a combination of party and relaxation. Ideal for solo travelleres.

Great experience

The breakfast is very good, people in the hostel is so kind. I stayed in a shared room, it was cleaned and comfortable. The hostel is located in an island, it is a nice and a relaxing experience.

The swimming pool could me more cleaner. The hostel is located in an island so you need to prevent boat schedule in order to get there.

The young staff was exceptional , the beach, the kitchen and cleaner staff was excellent, only the owner family were rude

The owner, the way they treat there customer, the smell ( smell like pee), the size of the room, the swamp, the access ( you have to take a boat for 10 meters), the access ( really dirty and smelly road) almost everything, no laundry service, I don’t think the owner should operate a business, I worked in Hospitality since nearly 20 years and I don’t reckon they know how to do business, if you intend to go there you should cancel your booking and look somewhere else

The place is an oasis in Rio, the staff is lovely, the ambient is relaxing, is not for the ones that come to rio to party. But is near tijuca beach to surf. Pedra da gavea trekking. Near sao conrado to paraglide. Lots of shoppings around and great transport connection. Plus, being an island gives it an extra touch

Fica na Lagoa da Tijuca, é legal, pois o acesso é de barco.

É a segunda vez que fico no hostel. Senti que a manutenção do espaço está ruim, pois conta com poucos funcionários para limpeza e organização.

Ambiente tranquilo, café da manhã bom. Rolam festas no fds, o que anima bastante o lugar a noite para quem está hospedado.

O hostel poderia incluir um cardápio de refeição local, pois por ser em uma ilha não tem como sair a não ser pagando um barquinho. Poderiam incluir comidas temáticas por dia da semana seria legal!

O hostel é uma delícia, mas a pessoa tem que ter bem definido o que quer. Se quer sossego, procure saber antes se vai haver show lá. Se houver não há isolamento e a música fica muito alta impossibilitando de dormir. Se quiser festa, é o local indicado.

A estadia foi boa!

A localização é boa, perto do brt e metrô, o café da manhã era bem servido e a cama confortável.

O check in demorou mais de 20 minutos pra ser realizado, a limpeza dos banheiros e até do próprio quarto estavam bastante a desejar.
